Narrative :

We assisted the Blue Cluster in taking the lead for setting-up the consortium, the proposal idea and the proposal writing. The proposal focused on establishing an alliance, i.e. partnership agreement, among Clusters active in the European regions in sustainable aquaculture (both nearshore and offshore) to promote cross-regional value chains, develop a joint internationalization strategy plan and define an implementation roadmap that helps positioning European SMEs worldwide in the emerging markets of regenerative aquaculture.

The scope of the present assignment was related to the analysis of the call text, forming the consortium and providing technical content of the proposal in close collaboration with the team of the Blue Cluster.
